Our Process

1

Request a Quote

If you have submitted the request on our website, your request would have reached our sales and our project team. We will do a quick analysis and would get in touch with you through phone (If you have provided a valid phone number) or by email, if we are not able to contact you by phone. We make sure we contact you by phone during the hours you have mentioned on the preferred time to contact. If it is left blank, we will call you during your day time.

2

Discovery Meeting

Else, we start from our business requirement or your concept, and we build on that. We will do our best to understand your business needs as much as we need to understand your technical needs. We will discuss with you to be able to meet all your needs.

4

NDA, SOW Proposal

With the time and cost estimate ready, we will prepare the Statement of Work and also the NDA. We will send it across to you by email.

5

Proposal Review

We can also set-up another online meeting or phone call to go over the proposal, so that you understand how it interprets in terms of achieving your requirement. If you have any changes at that point, we can have them done for you.

6

Final Review

Once we are all on the same page, and all your requirements met, you would need to print the proposal. Next step would be, for you, to sign on the Statement of Work, and the NDA. After the following steps are complete, please send us the copy by email or Fax.

7

Initial Payment Deposit

Once the agreement is in place, we can start the engagement upon receiving the initial payment. You can make your payment to our paypal account.

8

Project Execution

With this, the initial discovery phase and project initiation will end. At this point we will assign a Project Lead for your project who will be your point of contact and will take you through in having this project completed.
